Please let me know ahead of time if your dog requires any special attention. Although I have not ha one-to-one interactionn with a dog with special needs, my cat at home is deaf, as well as a prior cat who required special injections due to kidney failure.
A typical day
I usually try to tap into an owner's knowledge of their pet to determine what their dog likes to do. If their dog likes walks, play with their favorite toy, or if the dog just likes to hang out I am happy to provide whatever the dog needs/ likes.

Pet care experience
I have had experience with pets since a young age. I had dogs and cats growing up. The last dog my family had while I was in high school was a Bassett Hound whom I loved.She had such a great personality. Currently, I do not have any dogs, not out of desire, but because I don't feel I am home enough to be able to care for them. Therefore, I have 2 cats! In order for me to get my dog "fixe" on a regular basis, lol, I have cared for my friends and family's dogs on a regular basis for the last 10 years. I have done overnight visits for my sister-in-law's dog, which is a King Charles Cavalier and took care of my friend's dogs, both a Dachshund and an Australian Shepherd during the day while she was at work. Currently I have a friend and neighbor whom I take her dog out for walks on a regular basis while she's at work.

Carrie has taken care of my dog for me, and he absolutely adores her. She is so helpful to me and so caring. She loves my dog like he is her own pet. She goes out of her way to give him the love and attention he needs. I feel completely comfortable leaving my pet with her.
Carrie watched my dog multiple times when I went on trips. She was gentle with her and followed the schedule that I requested. My dog runs to her when she comes to visit and is always happy to see her!
I have know Carrie for 25 plus years. She has always been a dependable Person. She watched my dogs two to three days per week while I was at work I would certainly hire her back. I would highly recommend her. The care of my 2 dogs consisted of walking, feeding, and occasion medication administration.
