I work online and have a somewhat flexible work schedule. I can give potty breaks, play/snuggle time and walks several times a day from morning to evening. I may be able to stay overnight in your home if needed.

I can bathe your pet, brush, give meds, feed, and provide transportation if needed. I can crate your pets if they are crate trained. I can provide a warm lap to snuggle. If you have a fenced yard I can play outside with your pet off leash. If you don't have a fenced yard and your pets prefer to play off leash, let's talk about it. I can give walks on leash. I will work with your pet on potty training, crate training, and simple commands if you would like. Recently I cared for a dog (50 lbs.) with hip dysplasia and carried her up stairs several times each day. Another dog I cared for recently was a rescue from a hurricane and has intense storm anxiety.

A typical day
It really depends on what your pet likes to do. If your pet is active and likes to play fetch, walk, run, go hiking, tug of war, etc. we can do that! If your pet is happy relaxing and watching TV we can do that too. I have three dogs with very different personalities. I have two young dogs that are energetic and need to exercise several times each day. My elderly dog is very relaxed and prefers napping in the sun. Each pet is different.

I grew up on a farm and was never allowed to have animals in the house. We had farm cats though and they were my only friends for those long summers, small enough to sneak into my room! Now I dote on any cat that will let me, as I still can't have cats in the house, my husband is allergic. I've cared for plenty of cats with different personalities. I really like the cuddly ones that dig ear scratches. It's pretty cool when I win over the aloof or afraid ones. I would love to care for your cat, play if they're into it, and just chill with your cat if that's what you need. Plus, cleaning litter doesn't bother me much.

After a family emergency I scrambled to find a sitter last minute while I was in a different country. Carrie stepped in and took care of my three girls so effortlessly and intelligently I can't praise her enough. She was flexible, attuned to the needs of three very different dogs and I can tell from their photos they are absolutely comfortable. Would hire again without question.
My furr babies (rescues) loved Carrie right away. I was able to go on a last minute trip with my friends. I really appreciated the pictures and the overall communication. So glad we were able to meet and that we are close to each other!
Carrie was great. She helped us out at the last minute and took excellent care of our two kitties. Will definitely use Carrie again the next time we travel.
