I am a very trustworthy person and would treat your dog as my own. Because I travel a good amount on the weekends, I haven’t gotten my own yet, so I want to pet sit to keep your dog happy and brighten my day too.

Information Carrie D. would like to know about your pet
I always like to know the essentials before we start: any medical conditions, allergies, or medications, plus feeding schedule and potty routine. It’s also helpful to know their personality, ie are they shy with strangers, reactive to other dogs, food motivated, leash pullers? And of course, any commands or cues they respond best to! The more I know, the more comfortable and safe our time together will be.
A typical day
I love mixing things up! Depending on the pup’s energy and personality, we might go on a brisk neighborhood walk, play a rousing game of fetch at the park, work on some basic obedience refreshers, or just cuddle up for a belly rub. My goal is to make sure every dog gets both the exercise and the affection they need to feel happy and cared for while their owners are away!

Pet care experience
I've had a dog around my entire life, and would love to look after yours. I've also done overnight dog sitting before, so I am very experienced in dog care. I was recently laid off from my corporate job, so I am pet sitting to earn extra income. I am available most every day, so please reach out if I can help! I am a very active person, so I can take your dogs for long walks. Please reach out if you have any concerns or questions - I'd be happy to answer them. I’ve been fostering dogs for the past 6 years, dog sit for my neighbors and friends regularly and growing up we had many dogs at home. I am very much a dog person!

Carrie is amazing with Cecil and Marley! I always feel completely comfortable leaving them with her and know they’re going to be well taken care of. She gives them long walks, spends plenty of time with them, and is always reliable and attentive. They absolutely love her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. I couldn’t recommend Carrie enough!
Carrie is a wonderful dog sitter. She’s kind, communicative, on time, and extremely caring. She’s been a wonderful foster mom for many dogs and our dog Finn loves her. We trust Finn in her care always.
Carrie is an incredible person to care for your pup. I’ve had her watch my 6 year old shiba-mix multiple times and she’s done an incredible job with following her daily/nightly routine and keeping me updated throughout her stays. I know Carrie has been a foster dog mom for years, so I can trust that she can care for any type of dog.
