A caring and compassionate animal caretaker, familiar with puppy training as well as senior animals, but I specialize in the care of special needs animals. Currently I have about 50 families whose animals I care for periodically… and I love every second of it! I do overnight boarding and day care in my home plus drop-in care in yours. Your pet will get high quality care as if they were my own. I do not kennel animals unless asked to, all pets roam freely unless discussed. They get to treat my home like their home! With an extensive background in dogs, my childhood was spent around my family who trained working German Shepherds who went on to the Military and Police force. We were on a farm and always had at least 10 dogs at home growing up and even more barn cats. I’m comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats and am familiar with animal behaviors and safety. I’ve worked for shelters and have rescued and fostered many fur babies over the years. Rest assured, booking with me your pet will be in the best care possible!

I have a fenced in yard with a friendly young golden retriever and tabby cat who are all pet friendly. My house is baby proofed, puppy proofed and very safe for all fur babies! I always use a leash and practice safe pet care at all times. I’ll treat your fur baby as if it was my own with the best possible treatment and love.

Both Susie and Ewok enjoyed their stay with Carrera and her dog. Throughout our 2 days away, we received periodical updates and photos of how they both were doing. The dogs had so much fun, they practically slept for 2 days afterwards. Thank you!!!

Carrera is the absolute best! This was my first time doggy boarding but I knew I was comfortable and confident with leaving my fur baby in Carrera’s hands because of my previous doggy day care service with her. Oliver had a pawsome time and we will be booking with Carrera again in the future!

Carrera was an awesome sitter for Toby! She provided us with pictures and messages throughout his stay. Her service offers a huge fenced in yard and a new bff for our pup! (Thanks Indy!) Definitely would recommend her and we will be booking another stay in the near future!!

I am a stay at home mom so I have all day free for pet sitting and am very flexible! Whenever you need me, I can definitely make myself available!
