Safety first! Big dogs welcome!
Taking reservations in the Bridgeport area as of December 2025! I've had the pleasure of having cats and dogs my whole life, my most challenging was gaining the trust of and training my rescued 120lb Akita. I am able to work with the friendliest as well as timid dogs as I've undergone different types of training. I value positive reinforcement and the use of space to calm dogs and help them feel safe and relaxed. I do my best to give cats who desire attention all they want and give plenty of space for those who prefer a more gentle presence. I have experience with ocular and oral medication for both cats and dogs.

I am familiar with the importance of making sure your dog is safe and feels safe, especially keeping dogs leashed when outside the home and safe from stressful situations. I am comfortable and familiar with crate training and any other safety or training requests. I am experienced using gentle leader and martingale type collars as well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carolynn. She stayed the weekend with our girls and gave us wonderful detailed updates and the best pictures. Our dogs are a pair of opposites - one a demanding diva, the other very relaxed and easy going and handled both with care. We felt so good being away and knowing they were in such great hands. Thank you again, Carolynn!
Carolyn is so thoughtful on her feedback around the visit, you feel like you were there! Puts my mind at ease knowing Dewey is well taken care of.
Carolynn is a great sitter! She took very good care of our two cats, sending several pictures so it felt like we knew how they were doing. She played with them and they loved her right back!

I can NOT say enough good things about Carolynn. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She was absolutely AMAZING while watching my 5 year old German Shepherd. I am a very picky and over bearing dog momma and Carolynn took care of Luna like she was her very own. I recommend Carolynn a thousand times over! She is the BEST.

Programa
I work full time in an office during the week so I am ready to get outside and walk with dogs to soak up the sunshine! I am available after 5pm on weekdays (sometimes flexible) and all weekend.
