I do work full-time with the Government of Manatee County, but go to the owner's home during lunch if they are close enough to where I work. I stay over at the owner's house and am very passionate and cuddly with the pets.

A typical day
I love to play games with cats if they have toys around. I tend to lie down on the ground next to them looking at them and stroking their heads. I always let them cuddle with me at night and will sit on the patio and watch nature with them or talk to them out loud.

Cat care experience
I grew up with five pure bred cats and have learned how from a early age to care for cats. I was also a foster Mom for the local Animal Humane Shelter for kittens while growing up. I have taken cats to the vet for owners and administered medication. I volunteer at Cat Town with Manatee County Government.

There isn't an animal that Carolyn doesn't love and embrace, they are her passion in life. My Mom and I have a therapy pup in training in our home and every time Carolyn comes to the house, she recognizes Carolyn as she comes up the walk way, Amber just becomes exuberant by her presence. We all have to laugh, but Carolyn responds in such a playful and gentle manner to engage with Amber. I know this is who Carolyn is in all circumstances with animals because of the nature of work she's shared that she's involved in. Everything from rescue positions with animals along the coastlands, those injured in the wild inland because of their habitat being destroyed, to domestic, mistreated and homeless shelters. She takes on the responsibility to care as it simply comes as second nature to her.
I have known Carolyn for several years and she has cat sit for me on numerous occasions. She is truly a cat whisperer who loves to spend time with your pets and really get to know them. I have 2 Tonkinese cats who can be standoffish with new people but Carolyn won them over! Carolyn is responsible and caring who will put your pets first.
