Things I would like to know about ahead a time would be medication if needed, feeding times to keep them on a regular schedule, times you usually walk, and what activities they can and cannot do.
A typical day
I will introduce myself to your baby and interact with them before I start doing the care needed like feeding, making sure the water bowl is full, giving ample time for potty breaks. While outside will play fetch or interact with attention and love.

I have owned and taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I know the importance of caring for them like they are mine so owners can enjoy the time away from their fur babies. I have provided pill form medication and will be willing to provide this service as well.
