Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Some of my previous employment involved pet care. I worked at a canine hydrotherapy center where we worked with old and young pups post-surgery, just for fun, or exercise in our heated pool and underwater treadmill. I also worked as a vet tech at an animal hospital where I got hands on experience to care for every need of our furry patients. I currently work for a Veterinary Association full time. Animals will always be one of my biggest passions and I can't imagine my life without them, which is why I'm so excited to join Rover.com and share the love for our furry friends.

I unfortunately can’t have pets stay at my home but I can drop in and care for your pet based on their needs and whatever is asked of me! It’s important you have peace of mind while someone looks after a family member & I fully understand that. My goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible and trust that I can care for your pet(s) when you need help.

Carolyn was great and took good care of Onyx. My dog can be very anxious and at times difficult to keep calm and she handled it well. Would recommend and thank you again Carolyn.
Carolyn was great! She spent one night with my dog Stella. She was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all texts. Stella was very happy. I will definitely use Carolyn again.
I would definitely use Carolyn again ! My flight was cancelled and I was in a bind to let my dog out. Carolyn responded within minutes and was able to help me that night !!! Send pictures and gave me reassuring updates my baby was doing well.
Carolyn was a great housesitter for my lab and two cats. She agreed to housesit within one week for s trial night and did a fantastic job!! She is very good with walking my strong lab and giving commands, and Kaya seems to love her! I would recommend Carolyn for housesitting and dog walking.
We were contemplating on how our 2 dogs were going to be taken care of while we were on vacation for 4 days. We have a 9 year old Dachshund and a 4 month old German Shepherd and were skeptical of boarding them in a kennel due to the fact that we didn’t want to put that stress on a puppy. We usually have a family member stay at the house to care for the dogs while we are gone for a long period of time, but we didn’t have this option during this time. We came across Rover and said to ourselves, “Let’s meet a sitter and see what happens”. We came across Carolyn and chose her because of her background working with animals. When we met her, we knew instantly we liked her and our 2 dogs enjoyed her. So we moved forward with booking her and when we returned back from our trip, our 2 dogs were happy and well taken care of! We’ll definitely be using Carolyn in the future!

Schedule
I do have a full time job so I’m typically available after 5:15 PM during the week but I’m free all day on weekends. My availability for overnight stays varies but if I’m capable of helping out I most certainly will agree to it!
