My family's had our dog since I was 10 and I have a newfound love of cats thanks to my weird, orange nephew! I grew up volunteering at the local animal shelter walking, feeding, and caring for fur babies, big and small. I have special love in my heart for shelter dogs who need a gentle hand, senior dogs who want someone to keep them company, and cats who pretend they don't want to hang out with me 🥹 I'm very attentive, love being outdoors, and will give any animal as many cuddles as they let me, so I'm content doing whatever keeps your pet healthy and happy!

Schedule
I'm a teacher, so I generally give a first walk and breakfast around 8am. Then, I we take a nice long walk once I'm home from work at around 3pm. We can sit outside or go to a park and eat a snack. I'm happy to give dinner whenever your pet is used to eating, and we'll take one more nighttime walk around 10pm before bed! I'm more flexible on the weekends and can make accommodations for specific petsitting requests. Feel free to reach out anytime 🤗

I'm a VA gal who misses her dog back home and is trying to save some money for classroom supplies! I have a very attentive style of being with animals. I like to take their lead on where and how they'd like to walk, whether or not they want to be pet, and their play style. I have been trained on how to read signs on their discomfort and fear and know how to handle myself so we both remain safe. I like hanging out with friends around the city, especially in parks or outdoor cafés. If your doggie is chill and likes car rides/adventure, I would love to take them out with me whenever I can!
A typical day
I love exploring the local parks and hikes in this area both solo and with my friends! We will definitely spend lots of time in nature smelling new smells, carrying around sticks, and saying hi to the nice people :) I'm happy to give lots of pets / brushing out coats while we watch a TV show or movie, and practicing tricks with their favorite treats! If they enjoy it, we can take a trip to the local dog park too!
