Hi! My name is Carly, and I'm an animal behavior graduate with experience as both a veterinary assistant and farm hand. I have experience with all breeds, all energy types, and all behavior levels! I currently share my home with three Malinois and a variety of houseplants. There's never been a dog I couldn't handle, and with other animal experiences such as horses, cows, goats, and pigs, I'm pretty much ready for anything. I can administer medication, take dogs on walks, train, clip nails, bathe, check up on, board, do pet photography sessions, and transport your beloved pets if and when you need. Always amazing with Zoey! Having a rescue doggie that is very timid and has been abused sometimes can be hard to care for, but Carly is so so so patient and lets Zoey do what she needs at the pace she wants to go and never forces her to do something she doesn’t feel comfortable with. She also lets Zoey sniff all she wants to get her sniffs in for the day, as beagles love sniffing non stop I have learned. I will always being my princess to Carly! 💕
Thanks Carolyn for taking care of Nash! The pictures she sent looked professional and captured Nash looking adorable. We felt at peace leaving him with her and her husband because they truly seemed like experts. We’ll definitely be booking them again for our future travels.
This was our first time leaving Gambit with a sitter, so we were very nervous. Carolyn made us feel so comfortable, and we knew Gambit was in good hands! She is very communicative, and she even sent us some beautiful pictures of him having a great time. We feel so much better knowing we can rely on Carolyn whenever we need someone to watch Gambit!
They were nice and our Maisie seemed to be well cared for when we picked her up.
This was Zoey’s first time spending the night away from me since adopting her a few months ago. Zoey goes to doggy daycare with Carly just about every week and was warming up, but this week long stay while I was out of town, Carly really took the time to let Zoey open up at her own pace and make her feel comfortable. Photos every day were sent and updates as she went. I was so worried about her adjusting to me being gone, but I think she settled in well and got so spoiled by the time I picked her up. I am very cautious of Zoey and how she is treated because of where she was/treated before being rescued and Carly goes above and beyond to make sure Zoey is treated like a princess. I will always recommend 💕💕 Zoey loves Carly 🥰
Carolyn was wonderful! She was great with our overly excited shelter dog 😂 and even sent us pictures during the week of our dog having so much fun!

Schedule
I am currently boarding and sitting full time so I have all day to give plenty of attention and love to your pups! I am an early riser and stay active through the day so there are tons of opportunities for play time and potty breaks 🥰

Safety, trust & environment
With great attention to detail and the ability to adapt on the fly, I keep pets safe in my home by consistently monitoring all interactions. My dogs are crate trained, and we have the ability to gate off rooms/living areas to keep everyone safe and happy! We have ring cameras throughout the house which gives us an extra set of eyes/ears on all animals in our home. Our yard is securely fenced with a six foot fence, shaded, and there is no pool access.

A typical day
Our dogs enjoy a good romp around the yard, a game of fetch, or even a session with a flirt pole! I always provide new and monitored enrichment activities to keep everyone busy and happy during their stay!
