Drop-ins & Dog Walking: These two services are the same for me; you can let me know how you’d like me to spend the time booked! (For example: 10 minutes to walk, 10 minutes to feed and 10 minutes to water plants and give some belly rubs to your fur babies.) Doggy Day Care - Important Notes I work from home so your pup(s) will get love, attention and play time all throughout the day and I only accept a max of two pups at a time in order to provide the best care possible. During the work week, your pet would not be alone for more than 2 hours at a time and on weekends, no longer than 5-6 hours. If your dog requires more constant care, please let me know at the time of booking to make sure we can accommodate. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and be on a flea & tick preventative. They also need to be house-trained (no destructive behaviors or frequent accidents inside) and be good with other dogs as I do have a dog myself. Unfortunately, I do not accept dogs under the age of 1 for daycare, but I am happy to drop-in or walk them! Before I can accept a booking, a short trial (1-2 hours) is required to see how your dog reacts when you are gone. —— My doggy day care is probably best for dogs that have low to moderate energy levels and want/need companionship throughout the day. They would get at least 2-3 walks/potty breaks and because I only accept two pups per day, they would get plenty of attention and love, exercise, a comfy place to lay and will always have access to fresh water. I do have a fenced in yard but the patio has to be redone so I don’t let pups out there for now (this will hopefully change before the end of the year). —

Pet care experience

I’ve owned and taken care of dogs ever since I was a child. I grew up with four golden retrievers, but now I have a rescue of my own. I’ve cared for dogs as small as 5-6lbs and all the way up to massive German shepherds weighing around 115lbs so i’m comfortable around most sizes. Typically friends and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed and play with their dogs as well as watch them overnight. Also, even though I have never owned cats, I’ve cared for them as well, including ones with medical conditions, dietary issues, etc. I’m certified in pet CPR and basic life support through Recover Initiative, created with the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care and the Veterinary Emergency Critical Care Society. I’m happy to brush and administer medications (no extra charge) and can also bring in mail, water plants, etc as extra help :)

We have now used Carolyn twice to check in on our cat. The pictures and little updates that she is always sure to send give us peace of mind while we are away - which is HUGE. Our fur baby is usually pretty anti-social with strangers but has never had an issue warming up to Carolyn. Very grateful to have found her through this app!

Carolyn was wonderful! She jumped in last minute for us when we needed a couple drop in visits for our lab. Communication and notes were great. She took good care of Bertie and sent pictures. Would definitely request her services again. Thank you Carolyn!
