Animal loving 26 year old!
Hi there! I am a 26 year old animal lover who would love to help take care of your dog or cat! I offer walking and check-ins (either brief visits or for several hours during the day to keep your pet company - or a combo of both). Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Friends and family always joke that I am somewhat of a “dog whisperer” because I can connect with and gain the trust of a dog, no matter its temperament or history, when other people cannot. I have had lots of experience with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I volunteered for a rescue organization called Ray of Hope for 2 years, and have also volunteered for Unleashed Pet Rescue and the Heart of America Humane Society. I have worked with feral dogs and cats, some aggressive dogs, shy/anxious dogs and cats, etcetera. My own dog was feral when I adopted her! I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, we feed my dog twice a day, and take her out several times a day. She will usually go for a walk in the evenings. My cat has dry food in her bowl at all times and gets wet food every evening + her litter box cleaned every day. I can provide similar services for you! Walking, playing, feeding according to your schedule, and check-ins or extended visits to spend time with and keep your pet company.

Carolyn volunteered with me for a group called Ray of Hope. We meet at the PetSmart on 119th and Strangline Rd. each weekend. She was very good with handling the dogs, and some were a huge handful. Being in the shelter all week, when they got to the store they were wired for sound. She is also a very compassionate person. I think Rover would truly be lucky to have her. Sincerely, Cheryl Y.

Schedule
I am not currently working, so I am available at any time of the day! I can do quick drop-ins, or more lengthy visits to keep your pet company, whether that’s engaging in play or some cuddle time!
