WFH, animal-loving couple!
Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! You can trust that your fur baby would be met with the same love, adoration, and care that we provide to our own.

Carolyn is one of the most compassionate and capable pet carers I know. She has lovingly helped raise more than 50 cats (and several dogs) and provided each the same patience, kindness, and unwavering attention. Whether bottle-feeding kittens, nursing sick animals back to health, helping socialize them, or simply making sure every animal felt safe and loved, Carolyn has always gone above and beyond. She is calm under pressure and incredibly responsible, and my cat Trout's favorite visitor. Anyone looking for someone to care for their pet can have complete confidence that their pet will be treated as if they were part of Carolyn's own family. I cannot recommend Carolyn highly enough.
Carolyn was extremely communicative watching my puppy! She kept me updated on all their snuggles and walks and I knew my dog was in great hands! She sent me pictures multiple times daily and it really warmed my heart when I missed my dog.
I’ve known Carolyn for over 15 years and the entire time, I have known her to be an incredibly loving and attentive pet owner and caregiver. She cares deeply for all animals in her care and places their wellbeing as her highest priority. She notices when any small thing that others would overlook might be wrong with a pet and takes steps to address it. I’ve seen the way she cares for her own pets day to day, and I’ve seen the way she cares for an injured stray that she comes across in the neighborhood. She is more well equipped to be a caregiver for animals than anyone I’ve ever met. Her temperament, attention to detail, high level of personal responsibility and deep adoration for all animals is superlative.
Carolyn is the most amazing dog caretaker I have ever had. She has taken care of my dogs for over 10 years. She was reliable and trustworthy. She kept her walking and meal schedules and sent me pictures of the entire care time. Many times, she stayed overnight with my dogs when I was out of town for an extended period of time. As a passionate dog rescuer and owner of over 25 rescued dogs Carolyn was the best person, I ever trusted my dogs with. Hands down the most outstanding, loving, patient and caring dog sitter I have had.

Schedule
Both my husband and myself work from home and are able to provide near-constant care for your fur babies, whether that pertain to potty breaks or play time!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a modest fenced in yard, as well as one dog and one cat of our own. Both are friendly with all species! We have ample space (spare bedrooms) to set up up a crate/kennel if desired.
