Do your friends and neighbors think you're a strange cat person? Is your list of quirks for your cats longer than your arm? Do they eat better than you do? Hi, I'm Carolyn, and I'm also a cat person! If you're tired of feeling judged by other sitters for having exacting standards, detailed notes/documents, and very specific treat or food rituals, look no further. I'm your sitter. Let me help you pamper and love your kitties while you travel for work, fun, family obligations, or ... Whatever else you travel for! 😅 ✨My background is checked every 2 years through DSHS for my day job (Admin in long term care facility). Next one is in Jan 2026. ✨I am non-judgemental! What you do, own, love, collect is all good with me. (With caveats like.. as long as you're not collecting human skulls or something.) ✨ I have a calm demeanor and am happy to hang out with your kitties after work, and all weekend. If needed or desired, I can request to work remotely for the duration of my stay, or even for parts of it. Please let me know as soon as you're able and I will make arrangements. ✨I genuinely love cats, and I will very likely fall in love with your furry friend(s). (How can I not?! LOOK. AT. THAT. FACE.) I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, goats, a brother... but cats have been my love for as long as I first saw one. My experience housesitting professionally started at 17, where I took care of three dogs, three horses, and three goats, on a four acre farm, for three weeks. Ever since then, I have taken care of people's pets. But for me, there's nothing like hanging out with kitties. Leopold Queso III is the big fluffy black cat in my photos. I love seeing how he's mellowed and how our relationship has deepend over the years! He has been my longest running client, since 2013. Do you also have a dog? I will not push your cats to snuggle or play, I let them come to me when they are ready. If there is anything that triggers your kitties, please let me know ahead of time. Your kitties will be fed and exercised to your instructions,(or as they allow).

Wonderful as always
Tigger and Miso told us that Carolyn was very nice to them, kept them well fed and 'treated' and got them in for the night as usual. And Miso said she was firm but gentle giving him his pill in the morning.
Carolyn takes such great care of our cats! She sends lots of photos and updates. The cats are always so relaxed when we get home, and it’s because they’ve had a great time with Carolyn.
Carolyn was fantastic as always. I'm so glad to know that she is there with our three babies whenever we are away.

Schedule
I work full time in Madison Valley for a non-profit healthcare organization. I can work from home 3 days a week with advanced notice. My work hours are 7A-3:30P. Generally speaking, it takes about 20-40 minutes to get anywhere in Seattle from my job.
