I strive to provide the kind of care I’d want for my own pets—loving, attentive & dependable. I work from home as a special education teacher for an online school which gives me the time and flexibility to comfort and care for pets with all different kinds of needs. I am an animal lover to the core, the kind of person who always thinks of my pets needs/comfort first, sacrificing my own wants to ensure they have what they need. We do have a friendly 4 year old dog and an indifferent 17 year old cat of our own, so please keep that in mind when booking. Our home is in the country with a fully fenced/chain link yard. The environment is calm and quiet throughout the day. I take my own dog on at least 2 walks per day, and like to go to the nearby pond when we have extra time. Weekend adventures usually include hikes, playing in the snow (when available), long walks/adventures, etc. Potty breaks are provided throughout the day, at least every few hours and on demand. Giving love (pets, scratches, cuddles) is full time around here! I have had my own pets and sat for family and friends countless times over the years. I started using Rover for my dog last year and loved our experience, so I decided to provide my own services for those who might need it. I hope to build a clientele of returning customers based on my loving/caring nature and attentive home environment.
