As I offer a pet sitting service in owners homes, I am happy to comply with owners rules concerning their pet’s routines and safety etc. I’m patient and understanding with nervous pets and happy to sit quietly and offer cuddles or play ball games outside with energetic dogs. I understand that every dog/cat has its own unique personality and so I offer individualised care to every one.

I like to meet the dog or cat before I take a job and find out all about them including characteristics, likes and dislikes and any medical needs they might have.
A typical day
I like to offer regular playtime and cuddle times for the dogs and cats I look after as this is often just as important as good walks both on and off the lead. I love to play ball games in the garden, training games with treats and of course regular walks offering variety and socialisation if appropriate.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs (since the age of 5) and continued to own one as an adult so have over 30+ years experience. More recently, I have helped care for my sons’ elderly Patterdale and also joined a dog walking site that enabled me to borrow dogs to walk on a regular basis and have sat for friends dogs too.

It was such a blessing to have Caroline look after my two dogs for a few days. She was so kind and she communicated excellently throughout the stay. I felt relieved knowing my dogs were safe with her in the comfort of their own space.
Caroline looked after Humphrey and Jasper beautifully. It was exceptionally hot, so it was quite tricky getting them walked in the cooler hours of the day. She formed a routine with them and has left the house immaculate. If she had any questions or problems, she messaged me.
Cannot rate Caroline highly enough. She is fantastic with our little sausage dog, who adores her.
It gives us such peace of mind to know that Pedro will be absolutely fine with Caroline visiting him when we have to leave him alone. She inspires confidence and Pedro is very comfortable with her.
