Seeking adorable walking buddies
I love animals of all kinds and have had pets in my household for my whole life. Two of my dogs growing up were registered therapy dogs, and I have experience training dogs in both obedience and agility (as well as horse training!). I am a patient, attentive, and enthusiastic caretaker. Being active is something I like to incorporate into my daily routine, and having a fuzzy friend to take on walks or runs would only enhance the experience!

Caroline is great with my dog, Arrow. When she came to meet him before walks started, she asked all the right questions to get to know him quickly and set them both up for a good walking experience.
Caroline did a wonderful job with Luna! She was on time every day and I know Luna enjoyed her walks with Caroline. Would absolutely hire her again :)
Caroline was amazing! She was flexible with scheduling and easy to work with, as well as being super communicative throughout the whole process. She did an awesome job with my dog, taking her for walks as well as hanging out with her to make sure she was well cared for while I was gone. Caroline was so great for us and made our wedding weekend across the country stress free. She was also extremely flexible when we had to battle changing flights and travel delays at the end of our extended weekend. We got home late to a sparkly clean home and a freshly brushed pup. Would highly recommend Caroline anytime! 🙌

Schedule
I’m looking for more interaction with furry friends in the community, and being a graduate student allows me a high level of flexibility in my schedule to care for others’ pets. I’m available for mid-day walks and check-ins as well as overnight boarding on weekends and most weeknights.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a cozy, safe, pet-friendly apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The area is great for walking with several parks and I also have an unfenced and relatively private backyard for playing if your pet will stay in the area. My current roommate owns a cat who is shy, very sweet, and tends to avoid other animals but gets along with them just fine. I do not have a pet crate, but am willing to make reasonable accommodations if there is anything I can do!
A typical day
I want to make sure your dog is getting the level of enrichment that it needs. This involves plenty of playing and pets. I love to go for walks around my neighborhood and in the many parks it offers.
