We live in the woods with a lake!
We are dog lovers! I am also a former board member of Friends of Lynchburg Dog Park. We are accustomed to being around dogs of all shapes and sizes. My husband is retired and I work from home full-time. We live in a private secluded wooded community near the airport. We are surrounded by a farm. We have a lake and a small beach. There is plenty of room to run. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab female who is as sweet as the day is long. She’s very well socialized. Your pet will be well loved and taken care of while you are gone. Let us give you peace of mind while you are away.

Caroline and Spencer provided phenomenal care for Luci! From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout her stay with lots of pictures. They were incredibly flexible and very happy to work with my schedule, which I really appreciated. They also have a beautiful English Lab named Willow, who was such a great playmate for Luci. I could tell Luci had an absolute blast! She came home happy, fulfilled, and very tired—which is always a great sign. 😂 I would absolutely recommend Caroline and Spencer to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and communicative pet sitters. Luci was clearly very well cared for, and I will definitely be reaching out to them again!
What a great couple to board your dog with...true dog lovers. We were very pleased how well they took care of our senior dog in their home. Their property is very conducive to dogs having a great time and walks around the lake. Communication with pictures and videos was appreciated. Their dog Willow is so friendly. Thank you, Caroline and Spencer for taking care of Cubby. We highly recommend them!

Schedule
I work from home full-time and my husband is retired. We have a five year-old female yellow lab in our home so we are accustomed to taking care of a dog on a daily basis.

Safety, trust & environment
We live on 90 acres and are surrounded by a dairy farm. Your dog will be protected just like our dog is. Your dog will have free rein in our home, including sleeping in the bed and being able to be on the couch.

We live on a 9 acre lake. If your dog likes to swim, this is the place to be! There’s also lots of room to run and play.
