I have been doing pet sitting since I was a little kid in elementary school. Started mostly with cats before moving onto dogs as I got older. The last time I watched over dogs was just last fall for my friends shelties. I've owned several rodents over the years as well and currently babysit my bunny nieces and nephews when needed. Gerbils and hamsters are my expertise but can work with guinea pigs, rats, mice, ferrets, chinchillas, degus, or sugar gliders if an instruction list is given. My family has been adopting senior dogs since 2011 so I'm extremely aware of what needs to be done in their twilight years. Currently live with a sassy cocker spaniel named Poppy. I worked at a vets office for 8 years and am trained in pet first aid and CPR.

I can stay in the home or visit a few times a day, doesn't really matter to me. As long as there are instructions, I can make it work.

Caroline took wonderful care of my young guinea pig. She provided him with snuggles and floor time. His daily care directions were followed and I returned to a well fed, clean cage, and lively little guy. Her communication was quick and precise. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again for my guinea pig in the future!
She did an excellent job communicating and taking care of my dogs. Spent a ton of time with them and accommodated last minute schedule changes on my end without hesitation!
Goes above and beyond with my rabbits. Gives them lots of love and care like they are her own. One of the few people I would trust with my rabbits with special needs (back legs are paralyzed).

Schedule
I work 7-3:30 at Mayo almost every weekend and once every 2nd weekend. I don’t tend to linger though and come back to the pet right away.

- Please tell me if there is a bite history or reactivity. There is no shame in it. Leave a note with routines. Also let me know if there are pocket pets within the home as well that need to be check in on. Note: nothing with eight legs or insects will be looked in on due to deep phobia.
