This is the second time we’ve hired Caroline, and once again she was wonderful! Our cats absolutely love her, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about them. She provides excellent updates, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. We always feel very comfortable and confident leaving our cats in her care. We have a camera at home, and one of the sweetest moments was seeing one of our cats waiting by the door for her arrival. That alone says so much about the bond she builds with the pets she cares for. Caroline is reliable, attentive, and truly great with animals. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Caroline was very willing to meet Dolly before hand, communicated incredibly well and even took pictures of her. She noted all of Dolly’s information and gave her personalized care which I appreciate. Will be booking again!
Caroline did awesome job again with our cats! With one of the cats being diabetic; Caroline had to drop in twice a day (am & pm) to feed and administer insulin. It’s obvious Caroline is a caring & conscientious care provider. I highly recommend!
