Hi! I'm Caroline. Your pets are my pets when they're on my watch. I absolutely LOVE animals and will soon become their new best friend! Your pets will be a loved part of our little family straight away 🩷. I’ve been caring for dogs and cats full time via Rover for over a year. Most dogs take to me immediately! I’m kind, gentle, and fun, with a loving nature. Pets take to my husband Jacob too! He is so gentle and kind- the animals just love him! I am the walker on weekdays, but Jacob and I do weekend excursions together. I’m also the photographer ☺️. If you are looking for walks and drop ins, I like to think of my walks as outings. When possible, we will go somewhere off leash friendly, hopefully a trail or hike, but safe, and where your pup can run and explore. Neighborhood walks are great too! If you’re comfortable with your pup socializing, I can bring my dog Lady, or another dog or two that I walk regularly. I’ll communicate before to make sure we are on the same page. My dog is very comfortable with practically all dogs, regardless of size and temperaments. Most of time, I bring her along. She loves to play, but is good at respecting boundaries, and obeying me, especially since she is e-collar trained. I keep a close eye, and make sure safety comes first! If you’re comfortable with your pup traveling- I provide a safe and secured ride while getting to our outing place, and, if desired, can have them ride kenneled for extra security. For sittings- my husband and my dog come with me, unless that’s something you are not comfortable with. Either myself or my husband are home during the day, so if your pet is more of a home body, and if we’re gone, it’s usually not for too long. We will always make sure the critters go potty before we leave, and that they have what they need available. We don’t have children- so your fur babies get to be our fur babies while they are with us! We NEVER leave your dogs alone with my dog, Lady. She loves a meet and greet, so let me know if that’s okay ☺️. My husband works full time, but if you’d like to meet him during the meet and greet, that can be arranged. Big dogs are no problem! I have a very gentle way with animals, even the crazy ones :-). My husband Jacob is so gentle and sweet, pups of all sizes love him. I will stick as closely to their current schedule as possible and strive to make your absence as comfortable as possible on both of you. If you would like me to work on good behavior while I'm there, I'm happy to do some obedience training at no extra charge. I will also treat your home with gentle care and leave it in the same condition or better than I found it! We do not smoke, or drink, or use recreational drugs, and are highly conscientious and keep your place clean! We love outside time. When it's not too hot outside, we love to take the dogs out on outings and walks, and out for ball chasing and playtime. In the summer, we walk early morning or late evening, and if daytime walks are needed- we find the shadiest places. I love cuddling and playtime with kitties too. I am not a caregiver that will be on my phone when I care for cats. I will play, pet, give treats, and take pictures of them. If the cat is shy- I’ll do my best to clean their litter, refresh water, clean their areas, and place treats for them to find. For cats- I’m strictly drop ins though- as hubby is highly allergic. I can also provide care for small, caged animals and fish- and have experience with bunnies, rats, turtles, salamanders, and both fresh and salt water fish. I love to take pictures and videos of your pets- and will be happy to keep you posted all along the way. I truly hope to provide you and your precious pets with the best care possible!
