Hi! I’m Caroline. I’m a 28 year old attorney in Raleigh, NC. I studied animal science in high school and college before changing my major to Political Science and then attending law school. I’ve walked dogs and pet sat dogs, cats, and other animals privately and through Wag/Rover throughout undergrad and law school. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters and interned at a veterinary hospital. I have my own 65 lb dog (lab mix) named Sam and have experience handling dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can’t wait to help you out and spend time with your pet!

Caroline was great and so patient with our dog. Even though the separation anxiety set in with the dog she still cuddled with him and made him feel comfortable and kept us informed with pictures. I would highly recommend her for services!

Schedule
My daily routine already includes caring for my pet so yours will fit right in to the routine and making any necessary adjustments. I have the flexibility to work from home most of the time if necessary.

I have a 65 lb mixed breed dog who is very friendly with other dogs and is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm treatments. I also have a 9 year old daughter who loves dog sitting with me and meeting new pups. She’s great with dogs and knows how to respect their boundaries. So, boarding with me, your pup(s) will have 2 playmates, but they will need to be friendly with other dogs and children. I allow dogs on my furniture and bed. I can also crate your pup in a separate room if that is your preference. I have a good sized UNfenced back yard. I also have a large crate in the event you prefer your pet to be crated at night or when left alone.

Dogs that stay with me generally take walks around the neighborhood. I also take my dog to a local dog park and will bring your pup too if you want/are comfortable with it.

- Is your dog friendly with other dogs? Is your dog friendly with children (9 y/o)? Do you crate your dog? Does your dog chew on furniture, shoes, etc? If this is a major issue with your pet, I may not be the right fit. Is your dog potty trained? Does your dog pull a lot on the leash? Not a deal breaker but good info to know.
