Availability

I wake up early, so typically take care of early morning potty breaks and breakfast. Animals have the potential for being alone 2 hours if I'm running errands. I'm a home body so afternoons and evenings are spent at home, or taking the dogs to the park.

Information Caroline G. would like to know about your pet

I'm more than okay with any type of breed- I do not puppy discriminate! I would like to know if the dog has a favorite toy. If they do, which? Is your dog social or quiet? Do they even like other dogs? I have experience with that, as my parents cockapoo is what I call a 'grumpy old man'. Are they more trusting or more hesitant?

A typical day

Depending on where you live and how active the dog is, we can go to various different places! If you have a quieter dog, or one that doesn't play well with others, research can be done to make sure I take your dog to a more secluded park or side streets to walk around. I love 'play wrestling' with dogs. Which is obviously on the softer side, so as not to put the dog in danger. I have found that this brings out the playful side in even the quietest of dogs. I'm also a fan of puppy naps. Every dog is still a puppy, no matter what age. Car rides are awesome, if both you and the dog are okay with them. I love spending any time I can with dogs.

Pet care experience

Hello there and Welcome! My name is Caroline and pre-COVID I used to do Rover regularly for about 3 years. Long story short, I moved, had a kid and am back in the area. This is Charlotte ( said, kid in the photo). For the most part, she would be coming with me during overnights, if that's ok. I'm a single mom getting back up on my feet, and doing anything I can :) That being said; we both have grown up with dogs, in the past and currently. No other dogs would be involved in overnights, walks, drop ins, though. I have experience with all different forms of dogs. MY favorite story to tell people is that an old client of mine was very human selective ( and bless her parents for advocating and understanding that). The meet and greet was done on her terms, a parent was home for the first walk, and the first night of our first overnight, she growled at me and wouldn't let me leave the kitchen. I called the owners, who told me I was perfectly placed in front of the treat cabinet, and to give her some and see what would happen, and call back with an update. By night two, we were snuggling in bed. She has been my longest client; where I watched her for over a year until we both left MA.

Caroline did a great job taking care of our dogs while we were away on vacation. We came home to two happy boys and couldn't have been happier with how she helped while we were away. Thank you again!

Caroline was great while watching our kitties while we were on vacation. I could truly relax and enjoy myself as I knew they were in good hands with Caroline. She sent picture updates throughout the week which always put a smile on my face. She even vacuumed and washed the sheets before we got home—Completely unexpected but very much appreciated!! We will definitely be using Caroline’s services when we go out of town next.
