I spent 4+ years as walker at the GreenLeaf Pet Resort in Millstone, NJ caring for for dogs of all kinds: rambunctious puppies on strict training regiments, old-timers in need of a little extra love and care, big dogs with lots of energy (and muscle!) at the end of the leash, and everything in between. Now, I cover the pets beat for a national magazine and spend a lot of my day reading and writing about pets. My priorities as your pet's caretaker. 1) Safety. Maintaining a firm grip on the leash and properly attaching it to your dog's collar or harness. Choosing a safe walking route clear of motor and foot traffic, and practicing vigilance for other dogs and sidewalk hazards (like food scraps or junk). 2) Well-being. Ensuring your dog gets what they need from the walk, whether that means exercise, relief, or socialization. 3) Service. Client satisfaction is paramount. Correctly following entry/exit, schedule, and other instruction is vital. You should be as happy with my service as your dog. 4) Fun. I want your pets to enjoy themselves during our walks! They should receive all the loving and play they can handle. It's important to me that your dog and I have a happy, healthy bond.

I like to keep pets' routines as regular as possible and will follow your instructions to the letter. I'll respect your home as much as I do your animals and leave in exceptional condition--you'll never know I was there.

Caroline has been a lover of all things furry and cuddly since she could walk! She grew up around pets and currently has a beautiful pup named Gilbert who you would think was her own flesh and blood. Caroline is always punctual and will make sure your pet have everything they need.

Schedule
I'm a full-time remote worker with a very flexible schedule both during the week and weekend. Typically only need a few hours notice to book a walk or homestay.
