I recently hired Caroline to take my furry friend out for some much-needed exercise during my long work days. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided! From the first phone call, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to understand my dog's needs and preferences, as well as any special instructions I had for her. On the day of the walk, she arrived, prompting a lot of excitement out of my defensive dog, Felix. Caroline was clearly experienced and confident, which put me at ease knowing that my dog was in good hands.After the walk was over, Caroline sent me a detailed report of their time together, including photos and updates on Felix's behavior. I really appreciated this level of communication and transparency!Overall, I would highly recommend this dog-walker to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring professional to take care of their furry friend. If I end up going on another work-trip, I'll definitely be using her services again!
Asked her to look after my dog for a weekend and left with instructions and a basket of toys and she took care of it from there. She is extremely gentle with animals and my dog seemed to get accustomed very quickly despite normally disliking new faces.
