Caroline accepted my super last minute booking during a travel that I had with my family. We had to leave for an evening and the temperatures were very hot. I wanted to ensure that my pets were cool, well taken care of, and had all of their necessities met. I just needed someone to drop-in and ensure they were well and had everything they needed. She definitely did that for me and sent me photos which I truly appreciated. It gave me a peace of mind and I would book check-ins with her again.
