A typical day

Happy to stimulate your dog in the same way as you do. Lots of love will be given as standard! We all love the opportunity for walks, and having a dog to walk with is even better. We can walk local to our house and also travel further into the wolds for even better excursions. Happy to throw a ball and play tug of war, whatever your baby is happy with.

Pet care experience

I have been brought up with dogs myself, which has led me to being a pet owner as an adult. I have previously had a cat, but predominantly i am experienced with dogs. I have had a Springer Spaniel who was with me until 13 years old and was a part of my eldest daughter’s life. When we lost Benny, we were heartbroken and my daughter desperately wanted another dog. She chose our next 2 dogs, Barney and Teddy. Our 2 beautiful Cavalier King Charles boy. They both lived a very royal life! Both trained by myself and became very obedient little boys. Both developed brilliant personalities as dogs do. They became inseparable like penguins. We lost Barney first to a heart murmour 4 years ago. He was an extra special boy as he only had 3 legs. So he generated a lot of attention to himself and loved it! Ted was as distraught as we were to lose Barney. So he has had an additional 4 years solo but with extra love. His personality blossomed as he accepted his loss, and he enjoyed the rest of his life living in my pocket! Joining me at work, travelling as far and as wide as possible. Sadly we lost Ted very recently. Heartbroken again. So, with a heavy heart we have decided to put our love into your babies. A very good friend has recommended Rover to me and having heard her stories of her experiences so far and seeing her pictures of dogs that she has cared for, this feels perfect. So i am very excited to be able to spend valueable time loving your baby. My name is Caroline and I live with my partner Marc and my 13 year old daughter Amelia. We have a bungalow in Cleethorpes with a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront. Its a nice quiet area where we are and everyone is really friendly. Please feel free to ask any questions or requests as i would be more than happy to assist.

Caroline and her family looked after my dog so so well. Kept him very busy. He is a very energetic dog and they managed to tire him out😂 will continue to use Caroline. My dog absolutely loves going to her and her family!

This is the third time my dog has stayed with Caroline and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now for dog boarding. Caroline (along with her husband and daughter) are the perfect hosts - so caring and attentive to my blind dog. Of course she’s a princess in my eyes, but I know that Caroline and her family care for my girl in the same loving way. I have complete peace of mind that my girl is in safe, loving hands whilst I’m away.
