We have been working with Caroline for over a year and truly appreciate her. If its going out of town or walking Meatball during long work hours, we know and trust Caroline to take care of our boy. Carlline communicates prior to a visit for any preparation and changes, daily communication, asks questions, and Meatball always looks so happy in the photos. Caroline has become a part of the family. Thank you always for the great care.

Our dogs are alive and well! I wanted to give 2.5 stars Unfortunately I would like to give Caroline a higher score but we cannot! From the very first day she had a lot of confusion. We understood that she would need to get acclimated to our home and all of our dogs, there were four, 5-47lbs. But we just felt there were constant issues. I was constantly on my phone with her during my vacation because of this. She was very responsive which was great but there was so many repetitive questions coming from her that we had already written the answers to most if not all of her questions in a note book for her prior to leaving. We asked her to read it prior to starting. She did not. We asked her not to let the dogs outside by themselves due to their small size and large aggressive birds. She did it anyways. And went to the bathroom. This happened twice. My son who worked a lot would intermittently be home to shower and change would tell me the dogs seemed to be in their cages all the time while she was there. I can’t confirm this. Too much footage to go through. She fed one of our Pomeranians completely separate from the other three dogs. That’s not at all what we said to do. But she did it anyway. She also gave those same three dogs bully treats but not that Pomeranian. So he probably thought he was a bad dog all week poor guy. He’s the sweetest thing. So we have no idea why. No explanation from her for any of this. She wasn’t very good with explanations. Sometimes when she’d leave she’d text me that she was going to take care of her kitty which was fine but then she’d come back at 3:30 in the morning. NOT OK! The dogs would go apeshit! Wake my son! Come on! My home is always spotless. Im OCD. The house was left an absolute wreck. She vacuumed once the day we were coming home and then left vacuum on our dining room floor full. Left the bedroom sheets and covers piled on the bedroom floor and dirty towels from her and the dogs in my bathtub. I told her I’d strip the bed when we got home. And to leave the towels on the bathroom floor. The kitchen counters were covered in sticky stuff. Lastly and the worst part of all, Caroline gave out our address to two different strangers. This is completely unacceptable. One of them sat in my driveway for two hours and Caroline went out and sat in the car with them and ate pizza. We paid her to watch our dogs. Then another day I get a call from my son extremely upset who had just driven for 2.5 hrs from friends and had to run in the change for work, and Caroline had deadbolted the door. There was yet another stranger in our driveway hanging out that day. He gave my son a “who the heck are you look” as he banged and the door. Caroline finally opened the door and she gave him a “what are you doing here look”. He’s like this my house I need to change for work. I was so angry. So now these two other strangers know our address. Idk who they are or why they were here. No explanations. They didn’t have my permission. Caroline didn’t ask me for my permission. How many others has she done this to? She’s had these 5 star reviews. Well we have 7 cameras. Does any of these other people watch their animals and home like we do? She even used my best dishes not my plastic ones. She opened my cabinets and found my good ones and used the good ones not my plastic ones. Who does that? If only I could post pictures of my living room while i was gone. You could see how she treated my home. I would never do that to another’s home. At the end of the day we’re glad our animals are fed and ok but we were under a lot of tension during our vacation because of the Q&A constantly and her laxadazackle demeanor. We did tell her that we expected a lot and asked her if she could handle our expectations. She assured us that she was the one simply because she had 67 5 star reviews. Now we know better that it isn’t always about those reviews. Our dogs have been glued to us since we have been home. Wonder why! We know! Sorry to ruin your steak Caroline but too many things were done wrong! And we paid you a lot of money. I’m not happy about this.

Caroline was great! Would love to have her watch our Frankie again sometime

Caroline took great care of my girls and I’d definitely book again! She was very sweet with them during the meet and greet and gave me daily updates. She also left my home very clean!

Caroline was very flexible and communicative. Pets were well taken care of!

Caroline was wonderful! She was very thoughtful and communicative. I felt very comfortable leaving our pups and our home in her care. Highly recommend!
