I work remotely during the week, which gives me lots of flexibility to provide pet care throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, as well as walks, drop-ins, and weekend care. I can easily accommodate pets who need more frequent attention, potty breaks, or companionship during the day.

I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. Since I work remotely, I’m able to give more consistent supervision, attention, and timely potty breaks when needed. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medications (if needed), and home care. I make sure pets are secure on walks and always in a safe environment. I also pay close attention to behavior and energy levels—especially with high-energy dogs—to ensure they get the right balance of exercise and rest (as we all need!). I keep spaces clean, respect the home, and provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pet is in good hands.

I have 2 years of hands-on experience caring for a dog I lived with in college, starting from when she was a puppy. She was very high-energy, so I’m comfortable with frequent walks, lots of playtime, and keeping dogs mentally and physically engaged. I helped with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and reinforcing training. I also took on full responsibility for her when my roommate was out of town, making sure she stayed on her routine and was well-exercised, safe, and happy.

Elise is a wonderful pet sitter! She went above and beyond with my chaotic puppy and I couldn't be more grateful for her help! Marty (my mini golden-doodle) was (and still is) high energy, in the middle of being potty trained, and in her prime teething phase when Elise met us. Thankfully Elise has the patience of a saint - not to mention how helpful it was that she maintained all my boundaries in Marty's training. I always felt like Marty was in capable hands and wouldn't pick up any bad habits with Elise as her sitter. I also am extra grateful for how communicative Elise is! I loved getting small updates and pictures of how things were going and Elise made sure I never missed a step with Marty. Elise made sure Marty got her wiggles out through walks/runs, watched her overnight when I was out of town, and fed her the small complicated meals I would make for her. No matter what kind of pup you have, I'd recommend Elise ten times over. Marty loves and misses her like crazy - I truly couldn't be more thankful.
Elise has had hands on experience caring for dogs, including helping to raise and look after her roommate's dog from when she was a puppy. She is attentive, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. When helping to take care of her roommate's dog, she regularly played with her, took her on walks, and ensured she was fed properly and on schedule. What stands out the most is her understanding of behavior and energy levels. Having helped care for a puppy, she knows how to manage high energy, reinforce good habits, and create a safe, fun, and positive environment. She is patient, reliable, and treats every pet with the same level of care and attention she would give her own.
