I work W-F (which means I have 4 days off). My shifts are pretty long, at least 12.5 hours and they are OVERNIGHT. The good thing is there is an employee area for pets, that is apart from the hospitalized patients and quiet, where we also play relaxing white noise and nature sounds for the pets. There I can take dogs out potty and give them attention while at work. Of course this would require your permission prior.

I also need to know the time your pet can be alone for, and preferences on where you leave the pet alone in the house. Please let me know of any aggression/triggers your pet may have. Disclose any important medical information, I do watch and care for all animals and don't deny them based off old age or medical conditions so please disclose that information!

Let me be your pet’s sitter! I am a passionate animal lover. My goal is to care for your fur baby when you are unable to, and give them lots of love. I started volunteering at the animal shelter in high school, and have been on Rover since 2015. I work as a Veterinary technician in the ER department overnights W-F 6:30pm-7am. Dogs are welcome to come to work with me where they can hangout in an area away from the patients in a kennel or in one of the unused offices with a comfy bed, and regular potty breaks. Just send me a message and I will be happy to answer any and all questions that you may have for me. I tend to use my days off for sitting back and relaxing at home. So I will more than likely spend time cuddling your pets and playing with them at home. Taking them for walks if required/on their schedule. I always want to make sure I am imitating the owners routine as much as I can so that the pets are as comfortable as possible with me. Sometimes I take dogs out to parks/hiking if the owners are okay with this, and if the weather permits.

Carolina stayed at my house for over a week to watch my dog and she was amazing! My dog needed an unforeseen visit to the vet while she was watching him and she took great care of him and updated me along the way. She left the house clean, too. I felt really comfortable leaving Tommy in her hands—I’ll definitely use her again.
Carolina was absolutely amazing! From the start, she was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made coordinating everything so smooth. Her caring and thoughtful approach really put us at ease, knowing our precious Poppy and our home were in excellent hands. She went above and beyond to ensure both our pet and our space were well taken care of. It was clear she genuinely cared about Poppy, and we could tell how happy and comfortable our pup was when we got back. It’s such a relief to find someone so reliable and attentive. We will definitely be using Carolina’s services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.
