I have grown up with pets and have enjoyed learning and experiencing different personalities. With my hands-on experience your furry friend is in capable and caring hands. I specialize in small to medium-sized dogs, but my recent experience with larger breeds has expanded my horizons, though I'm quite selective and open to it only if they're exceptionally well-behaved. My approach to pet sitting is all about creating a comfortable space for your pet to ensure they feel safe and cared for even when you're not at home with them. I understand that every pet is unique and requires individualized attention, which is why I tailor my care to suit their needs and why I only accept 1 client household at a time. I try to accommodate your pet's schedule so that they don't have to experience too much change at once. This includes sticking to exercise regimens, feeding schedules, potty breaks and bedtimes.

Safety, trust & environment
When onboarding a new client, I make sure that I understand the pet's schedule and preferences. Additionally, I make sure to understand any boundaries the pet should adhere in the client's home including yard space or even areas in the house. I do a walkthrough with the client so I know what areas may pose a safety concern such as gates and fences. I try to understand the pet's behavior in different scenarios such as when the door bell rings or if a neighborhood dog approaches during walks. I also make sure I have emergency numbers and the location of the closest animal hospital. For client's ease of mind , I provide pictures and updates as needed on the pet.
Ratings and reviews
Carole flew to come take care of our 2 giant dogs for over 2 weeks! They are both over 120 lbs and she had no problem with them - so impressive! I loved that she took notes about their routines and asked questions before we left, it was easy to see she cared about the dogs and was on top of it. We got regular updates and pictures of the dogs having a great time which we loved. I had 100% comfort knowing she was taking good care of them which allowed us to enjoy our trip even more. Carole is a trustworthy, dog loving, excellent sitter!

I work remotely full-time which means I have flexibility in my schedule. Additionally, I try to maintain an active lifestyle which includes running and hiking.
