Well Seasoned Loving Pet Care
We are a retired couple who love dogs. We enjoy the company of four legged furry friends. We only take small dogs 0-15lbs (7 kg). One strict rule of ours is, Dogs are not allowed on our bed. We have dog sat for many years, and enjoy providing a safe, quiet, relaxing environment for furry friends. We have a large fenced back yard. The time spent with us helps to ease stress for you and for your furry family members. Therefore, allowing you to focus on the task at hand, whether that be work or a holiday, without worry. We offer services to older dogs looking for a quiet respite, away from a loud kennel environment that causes stress. If you have a timid shy dog that does not do well in a boarding kennel with loud noises, no night care, and scary other dogs that intimidate and bully your furry family member is safe in our home. We keep to low numbers of dogs boarding, as that gives us the opportunity to give one on one pet smooches, love and attention. Our quiet home life has a soothing energetic vibe that allows your dog to feel like they are not away from home, which helps them to relax. We can do yoga and or even meditate together! We look forward to meeting with you and your treasured furry family member. We are a healthy retired couple who love spending time outdoors, walking and cuddling furry friends. We have lots of availability, and no time restrictions. We are proud of our great connections with furry friends. We actually miss them when we don’t get to see them every week. We truly love puppies and think we have the greatest job in the world!

We love to leave Piper with Carole & Kevin! I absolutely know that she’s in good hands and being loved by them as much as she is by us. I trust them 100% and wouldn’t think about leaving her overnight with anyone else! And I know that Piper’s comfortable there as well because whenever she hears she’s going for a visit she gets super excited… There’s no better recommendation than that!!
Milo stayed with Carole and Kevin for one night, and they made his first visit feel effortless. He settled in right away thanks to their warm, welcoming environment. Carole kept us updated frequently, so we never had to worry about how he was doing. Milo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable. We’re grateful for their care and would absolutely book with them again.
We were nervous to leave Jackie for a week and found the most perfect couple Carole and Kevin to watch her. They are absolutely amazing!! Jackie was in great hands! Highly recommend !
Oscar had another great overnight stay with Carole and Kevin. So glad we found another home away from home for him!
Carole and Kevin took incredible care of our boy, Oscar! They go above and beyond to ensure your pup feels comfortable and that their normal routine is followed as closely as possible. We received lots of updates throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Oscar was happy and having so much fun. We can’t wait for him to stay with them again! And thank you to their pups, Hazel and Lil, for also being such welcoming hosts 😊
Carole and Kevin have found their calling looking after little dogs! They clearly enjoy them so much, and care for them so well. My mini poodle is so happy there, and met some great doggie friends. She really loves Carole and Kevin! They are great communicators, were very clear about how it all works, and met us and our dog beforehand to be sure everyone gets along. They are very experienced and caring. It’s hard to trust someone else with your dog, I couldn’t have found better people.

Schedule
We are retired and have a lot of free time. We make sure your puppy has someone here at all times. There may be a few times that your puppy is left for an hour, but that is rare and not common.

Safety, trust & environment
Safe fenced backyard. I accompany all dogs out for potty time. All dogs wear an air tag once entering our home. Front gate is always closed.
Pets
A typical day
Once inside our home, we keep them safe on the other side of the front porch gate. Puppies tend to play with each other and tire themselves out. If we have a puppy with high energy we throw a ball, in back yard to get rid of energy. Will walk if we have the proper harness and leash, if required. We provide comfy surroundings so they may relax and feel safe. We are proud to get to know your dog and fulfill their individual needs.
