Carol Ann was terrific. Our first time at Rover. Everything went smoothly even after a schedule adjustment and our kitty enjoyed his stay. Highly recommend her.

Carolann is the best and our Shadow loves spending time with her! Carolann gives every kitty their own room and Shadow gets lots of love and attention.

Second time booking a boarding for my cats with Caroline. She's a very kind woman who's worked with NOAH for twenty years and truly cares for animals. I love my pets like my kids and I trust her with them fully.

Carolann took wonderful care of my special needs cat, administering medication and playing with them. She kept us up to date and even sent sweet videos for my kids to watch while we were away.

Carolann was wonderful. I have a cat (Gator) that is skittish (I am still unable to hold him). With Gator, you have one shot to catch him unaware. If you fail the first time, it becomes a massive challenge with subsequent attempts. I was supposed to drop Gator and his bonded brother off early in the morning and I failed to capture Gator. I was unable to bring the cats over at the pre-scheduled time. Carolann was very patient and accommodating. I was able to bring a cat tree and some other items over the day before. My cats loved being there. Just hanging out watching the birds. They did great! In fact, I had to go through the whole thing again; trying to capture Gator so I could bring him home. AGAIN, Carolann was VERY patient as we plotted and planned the "capture". I'm extremely grateful for her patience and her time. Carolann also provided photos and video clips of my boys while I was out of town. It was great to see them! So happy!.
