Carol did an absolutely outstanding job looking after our dog Dougal, our cat Buttons, and our two goldfish while we were away on a family skiing holiday. From the very beginning, she gave us complete peace of mind by sending regular photos and videos, which meant we could fully relax and enjoy our time away without worrying about our pets. We came home to a house that was spotlessly clean and tidy—such a lovely feeling after travelling. Carol really went the extra mile, even adding thoughtful touches like leaving flowers and taking the bins out. We’ve always been a little anxious about going away and leaving our pets, but thanks to Carol, we now feel so much more at ease knowing they are in such caring and capable hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely thoughtful pet sitter.

Cannot praise Carol enough for looking after our cats and the house. Right from the pre-visit, we were confident that Carol was going to be the perfect fit for us. During our stay away, Carol kept us updated on the cats, how they were, what they were up to and we were happy that everything was perfect. Carol knew what we expected and went above and beyond to ensure the cats were happy and contented. Carol is a fantastic pet sitter and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
