I have had the joy of my Service Dog Annabelle for several years now. As a retired RN and horsewoman, animals are my joy in life. I care for dogs of all ages and sizes, including a special group of geriatric pet clients.

Carol took wonderful care of my Golden Retriever, Haley, while I was away. Haley stayed in Carol’s home, and I had complete peace of mind knowing she was being well taken care of. Carol provided regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated. When I picked Haley up, she was relaxed and content. Carol is kind and reliable, I would absolutely trust her with Haley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog sitter.
Carol is extremely professional and has a great place for boarding my elusive elderly cat. I was impressed that Carol was able to coax Kitty out and give her some company - no mean feat. 100% would rebook.
My golden retriever, Haley, stayed with Carol for an overnight stay and everything went smoothly. Communication was good and I appreciated the updates during her stay.
Carol was incredibly responsive and a good communicator. We booked last minute on Mother’s Day while on a weekend trip. She was welcoming and our dog seemed very happy! We’d certainly try to book her again next time we visit Monterey and Carmel.
Carol and her sister are both so nice and did a great job taking care of my pets. My dog & cat both came home happy and obviously well cared for - no hint of anxiety, just nice & tired after a fun rover stay. And thank you for the willingness to accomodate with pickup time!
Carol was wonderful. She accommodated a last minute request after two other Rovers canceled on us. Oni was well taken care of care of and seemed like she’d had a great time. We will definitely turn to Carol again next time we are in town.

I’m a retired RN, living my best life in Seaside California. I am an after school educational have ample time for your fur babies and will love them like my own♥️

I live in fully fenced home where dogs are the only houseguest. All dogs are taken out every 2 hours & as needed for potty and play. I’m very comfortable at a clients home too.

A typical day
I love to take my furry friends on long walks thru Garland Park and up around Carmel Valley Ranch. When in Carmel, the scenic stroll along the Carmel Beach to Carmel River State Beach is every canines dream… so many new smells to enjoy and lots of new dogs along the way. I trained my Service dog Annabelle and enjoy working with animals. I have been a trained Horsewoman all my life, and ridden horses in Carmel Valley since I was a little girl. I particularly like to work with dogs and horses on corrective training, for behaviors that are undesirable. With that in mind, I also get a lot of joy when an animal adapts to training. Then getting to watch their confidence grow is pretty remarkable.
