Carol is AMAZING!! She was able to take my girl Kiwie out for a walk last minute and sent me pictures along the way the whole time and was super helpful in understanding the directions I gave while I was away at work. She is the sweetest you can tell she really cares for your pet and is so respectful of your home!

Carol is amazing. My plans changed at the last minute and I arrived later than expected, however she was very flexible and understanding. She was constantly sharing pictures of Pucky and kept me updated about what he was doing. I'll definitely contact her again, highly recommended.
