Carol was the BEST! She is really thorough prior to her visit, making sure she knows everything about your pet. At our meet and greet, Jilli took to her right away, and just loved her. During her stay, she sent us constant updates, pictures and videos. She made sure Jilli got her exercise and lots of ball throwing and loving. She worked on learning Jill's wants and quirks, to make it all a better experience for her. When we got home, the house was spotless, and she actually went over and above on her cleaning! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! Try Carol out, you, your home and your pet will be in great hands!

She checked in on my cat every single day last week while I was out of town, and from the very first visit, I could tell he was in great hands. What truly set her apart was the communication — she sent photos and updates after every drop-in without me even having to ask. Carol was amazing! She was extremely well prepared at the meet and greet, took notes and asked lots of questions. While we were gone she kept us updated with texts and pictures, which all showed calm and happy dogs. She brought them gifts and treats and was extremely conscientious about our little girl, who can be an escape artist if given even a little wiggle room. We already have Carol booked for a longer trip during the summer and know that we will feel comfortable the whole time.
