There is nothing better than growing up with pets
As a lifelong animal lover, I have always been deeply passionate about nurturing and caring for not only dogs and cats but also parrots, hamsters, rabbits and fish. Growing up in a household brimming with furry friends, including a Dalmatian, a German Shepherd mix, and a number of rescue dogs; we also had cats that I always had a special bond with even with the independent nature they have. I still remember the warm feeling when I would take a break during the day and lie down in bed and there would always be one of my cats quickly following me to take a nap on my stomach. My natural ability to connect with pets has only grown stronger over the years. My expertise extends beyond my family's pets, as I've had numerous opportunities to care for a variety of breeds belonging to friends and neighbors. I've been trusted to look after dogs such as Rottweilers, Huskies, Boxers, Newfoundlands, Bulldogs, and even an American Akita while their owners were out of town. In addition to hands-on experience with dogs at various life stages, I have also had the privilege of assisting in the birthing process for a litter of American Cocker Spaniel puppies – an unforgettable experience indeed. As someone who thoroughly enjoys providing love and care for animals while their owners are away or in need of additional support, I wholeheartedly look forward to the opportunity to get acquainted with your beloved pets. My experience as both a sitter and walker promises to deliver not only outstanding care but also the chance for your four-legged friends to form new bonds as well.

Trained pets are welcome in my home and in the garden. If in a pet owner's home, I will happily follow the house rules and any requests.

Carmen is amazing I could not ask for a better person to take care of my pet. She has looked after my cats numerous times and I can say they absolutely love her. Sometimes I think they lile her better she always looks after them with so much care and love you would think it's her own pet and she does that with all animals. Whenever she interacts with an animal its amazing how much love she offers them. She has a lot of knowledge about animals so she is well equipped to take care of them therefore I never worry whenever she looks after my pets.
I wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of Carmen, who has been my go-to person for years when it comes to taking care of my furry family members. Carmen is more than just a pet sitter; she's a true gem! Her love and attention to my dogs and cats were evident in every update she sent. Over the years I've always had 2-3 dogs at a time: Boxer, Husky, Rottweiler, and a few mixed-breed dogs with some of them being rescued dogs. Carmen not only followed all instructions to the tee but also went the extra mile to make sure my pets felt comfortable and loved. The adorable photos and messages she sent were a highlight of my day! Carmen's responsible and caring nature extended beyond just looking after my pets—she also ensured the security of my home, giving me complete peace of mind during my time away. Carmen has been catsitting Pumpkin since 2018, and she's always taken great care of him, being very caring and attentive. She's been great at keeping him well fed and entertained, making sure she took him on his daily walks and followed his outdoors schedule. Carmen was also amazing at taking care of him while he was under medication, being very careful with his treatment. Also, she was great at keeping me updated with photos and videos of Pumpkin, which made it so much easier to be away from him and to feel confident that he is safe and happy. I would strongly recommend her.

I work from home with a very relaxed schedule most days so the pets will have my full attention while they are under my care.
