Carmen and her whole family were incredibly welcoming to my senior pug. They were so generous and flexible with a booking on short notice so that I could attend a family funeral. You can tell they love dogs, and the setting is so nice and homey. The bonus was meeting their own two dogs Rosie and Summer. A couple of loveable characters. 🥰🥰 This was my first time using Rover. Very impressed with the system and good communication. Thanks again for everything, Carmen and family.

Needed a last minute day sitter for my Pepper girl and so glad I chose Carmen! Didn’t know the exact times of drop off + pickup and they were so flexible and accommodating. Pepper was nice and tuckered out from playing with her pups all day, made the 9 hour roadtrip home so easy! Will gladly use her every time I’m in town!

I know Carmen on both a professional and personal level. I would not hesitate for one second to leave her in charge of my home, pets or children when they were younger. She is extremely loving, caring, warm and so ethical. She is an animal lover and has been her whole life. You will agree with all of the above within seconds of meeting her.

Carmen Thatcher is an amazing human with the biggest heart ! I have worked around her and known her for 5 years there are so many positive things about her ! She has 2 of her own dogs that I have seen and witnessed her with. She cares for her 2 dogs like they are her children we talked about them everyday she has pictures and stories everyday about them that would melt your heart if you wouldn’t know they were dogs when you talk to her you would think they are actually her kids she was talking about. Carmen is very compassionate about life and has a very kind soul.She has helped out on a few occasions potty my dogs of a black lab and 2 golden retrievers first time they meet her they just picked up right away she was a dog lover . She would be an amazing person to help out with pets she has the heart and is very caring they would be in GREAT HANDS with her.

What's not to love about Carmen!! She is one of the best humans I know along with the best dog momma . The love she has for her own dogs and other doggies including my dog is heart warming. She's shared her knowledge with me on dog health , tips on behavior and even dog biscuit recipes . She will treat your dog like her own and will be in the best care!
