Carmen is a great person to my dog. Everytime she visits me my dog gets excited to see her. She brings her dog along to visit us and takes my dog and her dog for a walk. It's always nice to get a visit from Carmen. My dog thinks so too.

Carmen has been a lifesaver for me and my pet. I can always count on Carmen to have my dog stay overnight with her if I am in a hospital stay. I am 86 years old and dont have anyone else but Carmen stay with my dog Romeo. She is reliable, loving and trustworthy when it comes to taking care of my dog. She even has taken him to the Vet for me since I couldn't go. I dont trust no one else with my pet.

Carmen has watched Achilles for me several times now and honestly I couldn’t ask for better. She stayed at my place so he never had to leave home, which made such a difference for him, he was completely comfortable the whole time. Even between stays she’s come by to visit him, and at this point he genuinely lights up when he sees her. She’s always on top of his routine, feedings, walks, everything on schedule without me having to follow up. One time I was stuck at work and couldn’t get away, and she stepped up and took him to the vet herself. She helped administer his medications and even checked in afterward to make sure he was feeling better. That kind of initiative means everything when you’re worried about your dog and can’t be there. She takes direction well and sticks to whatever routine I leave for him, which gives me real peace of mind. Achilles is not just a pet to me, so knowing he’s with someone who’s genuinely grown attached to him makes leaving so much easier. She’ll be my first call every single time.
