Picked up my dog, drove home, and noticed that he smelled funny. Inspected his body and found that he hard hardened lumps of stool (of varying hardness) from his anus that is red, swollen, and inflammed. His anus/rectum is literally bigger than the size of a quarter and he’s a 15lb Shih Tzu! 🤬 this is animal cruelty and unacceptable!! Currently on the phone with Rover Emergency support and will be taking my dog to urgent care!!!!!!! This is scary!!!!

Upon picking up my babies. My chihuahua who is 16yrs is the one that needed the most attention she was covered with urine . Kennel not cleaned out daily. She just replaced the pee pads and somehow could not keep on her diaper. Did not get updates nor pictures while they were in her care. Unless I texted and asked about them then I got a response. Wouldn't take my babies their again!!!
Great experience! Carmen was flexible, communicative, and took good care of Deuce while I was away. I appreciated her reliability and willingness to accommodate scheduling needs. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands and would gladly book with her again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Carmen is incredibly accommodating, even helping us out last minute without any hesitation. My schedule can be a bit unpredictable, but she is super flexible and understanding, which made everything so much less stressful. She is fantastic with sending pictures and updates- it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs are happy, safe, and well cared for! Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone reliable, communicative, and genuinely great with animals!

Schedule
I am able to provide pee breaks as often as needed, attention at all times, love and support. I wash each pets bowl after use, ensure they are supported the entire process.

I can offer full time watching in my home, wooden floors so accidents are okay ! I only clean with pet safe products. I play with them to get their attention in and take them on walks at least once a day !im the only person in house and a fully fenced back yard. Plenty of space to run outside when needed but they will be inside if not playing or using bathroom breaks

A typical day
We try to slowly let them come out of their shell then we do some play time for two hours then break, a walk at least once a day, length depending on animal size and age. We have some snuggle and pet time. Some doggy tv shows to stimulate brain activity. Nap times
