I am a new mother looking to help animals and their families. I know how important it is to know that your best friend is in good hands while you are away, and I promise I will treat them with kindness, respect and love under all circumstances. I was very fortunate to grow up surrounded by animals and spend countless hours interacting with dogs, cats, horses, chickens or goats, among others; who taught me some of the most valuable life lessons. I volunteer and have worked for animal shelter and animal welfare organizations for almost 10 years, and I am a licensed veterinarian with clinical experience now turned into a full time mom. I can administer any medication or provide supportive care, and am comfortable with all species, breeds, sizes, temperaments and life stages. I have extensive experience watching dogs and cats with different personalities and understand the importance of adapting to their routine and temperament while minimizing the stress caused by new situations (like a stranger like me walking into their territory). I love working with Rover and the opportunity to meet so many wonderful families and animals. *** Announcement: during the month of November, I will be donating all the money I receive from Rover to a local nonprofit that protects the health and well-being of pets and stray cats.
