Great care of my dog, there was an unpreventable issue at the start but overall communicated well and was accommodating to our travel plans.

Outstanding care for our puppies! We boarded them last minute for two nights initially and they were well taken care of. Also, Carmelo was able to extend us one more night on a last minute basis with ease. No issues and great care. Will be hiring him again for our next trip!
