Dependable. I called on Carmela when my usual rover walker had surgery and needed to take some time to recover. I appreciate Carmela stepping up.
I booked Carmela to watch my pup, but unfortunately, the experience was not positive. She didn’t checkin on the app when she arrived. I messaged her a few hours later when I saw on my ring camera that there wasn’t a car in my driveway. She said that she had been there and had to leave to go run errands. I checked my camera and saw that she arrived late and only stayed for 9 minutes before leaving for several hours without informing me. This lack of communication and attention to the agreed-upon schedule left me feeling concerned about my dog’s well-being. While I understand things can happen, better communication would have really put my mind at ease. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future services.

I currently work part-time so my schedule is perfect for looking after pets! I am able to check on them often and make sure they’re well taken care of
