Always the best

Carly is AMAZING and the most reliable dog sitter we have used. We have very anxious and quirky dogs, but they adore her because she has done such an AMAZING job with them. If she isn’t available, we stay home. I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Carly cancelled our booking an hour after she was supposed to arrive. This was also after we had started our trip. She was supposed to come after work, but instead, she texted with a story of an emergency with her friend's father and that she needed to take the friend to the hospital and stay with them. I might have believed this story if she hadn't responded to one of my messages with "Who is this?", and then said she got scheduled for work so she would need to come after we left. The bottom line is we were checked into our hotel in Knoxville (on a football weekend $300 thank you), and getting dressed when she messaged me and asked if I could call a neighbor because she couldn't make it. My husband and I had to come home and miss the show. Had she just cancelled a week ago, we could have made other plans (our hotel was pet friendly). But instead, she got off of work and decided she didn't want to sit for us so she canceled. We are out $350 in hotel and tickets, not to mention the disappointment. This young lady is irresponsible and I warn you to look elsewhere.

When I come home from a 3 day business meeting and find that my youthful, crazy, Boxer boys are calm and content, I know Carly did a great job! My home was just as I left it (actually, maybe better) and the boys were happy. The boys had obviously been well exercised and loved on. Carly is responsible, respectful, and above all else, attentive to my needy, spoiled, crazy, loveable boys. Thanks Carly!
