I will spoil and love on your pets, as they might be fearful or sad that you're gone. I will let you know if I see any abnormal behavior, or if something goes wrong. I do not offer house-sitting at my home, I have a very moody 3-legged kitty :) If I notice changes in his appetite, mood, stool/urine, I’ll let you know!
Information Carly P. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting your dog, the only thing I would like to know if he/she has a history of aggression towards other dogs, strangers, kids, or if there are any triggers you know of that may alarm him that we may encounter! Also, where do you typically walk your pet? Otherwise, if you had any questions or special instructions, please send me a message! I have no breed restrictions, I love dogs/cats of every shape, size, color, and attitude! No discrimination here :-)
A typical day
While doggy-sitting, I think it's important to let the dog get fresh air, either in your home yard, or even in a nearby park or trail. I love being able to use their favorite toys and help them get their energy out while waiting for mom and dad to come home. <3

Pet care experience
I would love to find some new fur babies to love on! I've been in the pet sitting business for many years now, as well as having 7 years' experience working at an animal hospital. I have worked in every part of a very busy animal hospital in Charlotte, NC, but mainly as a Veterinary Technician/Assistant! I also used to work at a veterinary clinic in Nashville, TN and had several clients through Rover there as well. Starting from about age 10, I had a pet-sitting business in my neighborhood~ flyers, business cards and all :) and was also known to bring home any stray that I found (much to the dismay of my parents)! My passion and love for animals has continued to grow with me and I believe my mission in life is to speak up/rescue/comfort/help as many as I can while I’m on this earth!! Another mention is that I have experience with nervous/semi-aggressive dogs. I say that because I believe MOST dogs that show aggressive signs are truly just terrified angels. I think that the energy you carry around them is of utmost importance to any animal you are working with.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter for our three cats! Carly was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent — we loved receiving regular check-in messages with the exact times of visits, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The daily photos were the highlight for us. Seeing our cats happy, playful, and well-cared for in every picture made us feel completely at ease. It was obvious they were comfortable and getting plenty of attention and love. We highly recommend Carly to any cat parent (especially those with multiple fur babies). We’ll definitely be booking with her again on our next trip. Thank you so much, Carly!

We are happy to have trusted Carly with checking in on our cats while we were away. She kept us updated with photos and let us know how our pets were doing. We would be happy to use Carly again for drop in visits.

Carly was awesome!! She was great at communicating with me and answering all my questions. She made me feel at ease with my first Rover use and leaving my baby! Willow loved her too. Will definitely use her again!
Carly is great with our puppy and we have used her services several times. Highly recommend her.
