I would like to know how their pets are with other animals, people, etc. I will ask if they are good with car rides as well since some dogs stomachs aren’t good in cars. As well as any precautions as well. I would also like to meet the pet before we continue since this is just as much their choice as it is mine.
A typical day
Usually wake up to take them out and feed them. I will try and find a dog park or a close walking trail depending on the dogs friendliness towards other animals. That would be our big activity for the day. After we did our play time I would feed them one more time before going to work if I had it that evening.

I took care of my family dog while growing up. I have taught him tricks, potty trained, and help out when he was older with medications.

Carly is truly one of those pet sitters you wish you could keep in your back pocket and gatekeep. My little spaniel is really such a sweetheart, but he's a former feral rescue with some grumpy old man tendencies now, so safe to say he has his moments/triggers, and I always have to be careful with who I leave him with. However, I can't say enough good things about Carly, making the whole experience a breeze and putting me at ease from day one. She's incredibly attentive, patient, and intuitive with pets. It doesn't matter if your pets need extra patience, structure, or even if you need reassurance while you're away; she always meets you exactly where you are without ever making you feel like you're asking for too much. It was no surprise I came back home to a very happy dog, as she's also great about sending updates, photos, and checking in whenever needed. Not only do I highly recommend Carly, but so does my dog, who always gets excited to see her now!
I can’t recommend Carly enough! She has been watching my mini golden doodle for over a year whenever I go on vacation or I'm out of town, and it has been such a relief knowing my dog is in great hands. She is incredibly reliable, caring, and attentive, and it’s clear she genuinely love animals. Every time I travel, I feel completely comfortable leaving him with her because I know he will be well cared for, happy, and safe. She's great about communication, always sends picture updates, follows his walking schedule and even takes him to my dog park to play fetch! She always makes sure everything goes smoothly. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pet, I highly recommend her. I’m very grateful for the excellent care she's provided over the past year and a half!
Carly regularly watches my cat while I’m away and is an exceptional sitter for my cat, Cherry. I always feel confident leaving town knowing Cherry is in such caring and capable hands. Carly treats her like her own pet and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable and happy. She also sends regular updates and adorable photos, which always give me peace of mind while I’m away. It’s clear that Cherry is well cared for and getting plenty of attention. On top of that, Carly takes great care of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy so I return to the house just as I left it.
