I've loved animals since I was a little girl. As a 4-year-old, I was obsessed with the Animal Planet channel and could spout off random animal facts. I used to pet the stray cats in our neighborhood and begged my mom to bring them into the house when my dad was at work. It eventually worked, and then we had two cats! And then three... and so on. While I have not had a pet of my own in about five years, I have been pet-sitting for my friends and family for about 10 years now. I have experience with --dogs, cats, and lizards --single and multiple pet households --big (Great Dane) and small (Shi Tzu) dogs --walks or backyard potties House Sitting --single or multiple night stays available, including week+ long stays Drop-In Visits --potty breaks outside in your yard --food or water refresh --playtime: fetch, tug of war, chase and more! --scoop litter boxes --snuggles with your pet Dog Walking --can walk two small dogs at once, or one large dog, but do not feel comfortable walking two large dogs at the same time --happy to accommodate your pet's favorite walking route or potty spot Servicing the Kensington, Fishtown, Northern Liberties, and Port Richmond neighborhoods of Philadelphia.

I treat your pet like my own. I love animals and am willing to understand and accommodate all their unique needs. I will also treat your home with care and make sure the space is clean and secure. I follow directions well and am sure to ask for clarification if I need it. I will be sure to play with your pet, or accommodate any other quirks your pet may have, and I am not afraid of some slobbery kisses!

Carly was able to help me out on very short notice with my two dogs. They can be a handful and are wary of new people but she took that in stride and was very communicative throughout. I felt assured they were cared for, their routines were followed and were in responsible hands while I was away. Will definitely work with Carly again.
Our second sitting by Carly! I think our pets are ready for us to leave again, they love her so much. It was clear by how happy and chill they are when we get home that they really trust her. She is so friendly and communicative and thoughtful about handling each pet’s unique needs ❤️

Schedule
I work as a bartender, so I have high availability for your pet-sitting needs! I do mostly work evenings but my schedule is pretty flexible. I am available on both weekdays and weekends.

- Please let me know if there are any special accommodations that may need to be made for your pet, such as how to prepare their food, what their favorite toy is, if they like to take a certain path when taking a walk, how they like to sleep, or anything else! I am happy to work with you and your dog to provide services that make them comfortable.
