I was grateful to book with Carly during the Thanksgiving holiday week. When I arrived at the pre-arranged time, there was no answer after ringing the doorbell many times and calling twice answered by voicemail. This put me in a panic, thinking she forgot or changed her mind. The door opened as I was about to leave. She offered her apologies and I thought Cookie was in good hands. My pup has bladder cancer and is on special meds and needs to go out often. She is also 14. It seems they were not used to having pet accidents occur. On 11/26 I was informed Cookie had a urine accident in an office and they had the entire house steam cleaned ($550) on the same day. On 11/28, I was informed of another accident and they had a cleaning service coming the same day. No photos were provided, but described as pretty bad and suggested the cleanings were required because of Cookie. However, both cleaning services appeared to prearranged, the cleaning people arrived during pickup. Also during the pick up the child made several comments about caring for Cookie most were negative, including "we will not watch her (Cookie) again". I am leaving a tip to cover 1 room of carpet cleaning (invoice showed $200 for 6 rooms) + 1 hour of cleaning service (based on the high end of the average hourly rate in the area per Google).
Carly was super communicative the whole stay and sent lots of photos and videos! Lychee had a blast and came back super happy (and tuckered out from all the fun and play.)

Schedule
I work from home and have plenty of time to care for your pet! Weekends are also spent mostly from home. I do lots of walks and also quiet cuddle time.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets are free to roam throughout our whole house and will most likely sleep in our bed! We have a single family house with a small front and back yard that is not fenced in but it doesn’t matter to us because we go on LOTS of long walks to parks and around our quiet suburban neighborhood. We love taking long walks and will bring any furbabies along for the ride at their capacity!
A typical day
We have a 3 year old and we go to parks and for long walks, play fetch and also snuggle up for cuddle time. We love dogs and cats and spoil them with lots of attention!
