My husband Josh and I have had several pet companions over the years ranging puppy to senior. We have experience with potty training puppies through caring for senior dogs with hip issues, cats on special diets, senior cats and kittens as well. Both of us work as full time Realtors, so our schedule provides plenty of flexibility throughout the week and allows for companions to come along for car rides. We have 3 children living in home, ages 17, 9 and 4.

We have a fenced yard and live in close proximity to a dog park. We currently have 2 young cats, 2 senior cats, two 1 year old Pomeranians, 1 Yorkie puppy, and 1 senior American Eskimo. The kittens and pups are very playful and love playing together as well. Our small dogs need more time to warm up to large breed dogs, while our Eskimo is our welcoming committee and is very gentle and quiet. They would love to make some new friends.

Let me know if your fur baby has any special needs, medications or diet that we need to be aware of and plan to accommodate. If they need a crate and you can easily transport it feel free. Additionally, slow feeder bowls or special toys/blankets are welcome as well if you think it would make them feel more comfortable.
A typical day
Playtime, car rides, outdoor play weather permitting. We live close to Hartley for trail walks or runs as well. Our pets all live indoors with dogs getting plenty of outdoor time to stretch their legs. *At drop off we start with a walkthrough of the home so that they can check out the new space and get all of their sniffs in. During that time our small dogs will be in their crate to allow their new friends a chance to explore. After that we do introductions with the dogs together so that they can check each other out.
